Players are advised before leaving the house, they should check they do not have a high temperature, do not have a persistent cough, they have not lost their sense of taste and/or smell, they have not been in contact with a person with suspected COVID-19 within the past 48 hours, they have not been advised to self-isolate as per NHS guidance.
Players should not attend if they:
- Are shielding or living with anyone that is either high risk or shielding.
- Returned from foreign travel from a country that does not have a travel bridge in the last 14 days
Players are advised to travel singly to training – to avoid using public transport and car-pooling wherever possible.
Players should arrive to training wearing a mask and, in their kit, to avoid using changing rooms, they will be required to queue 2m apart before answering a symptoms
checklist with COVID official. Players will also be required to have their temperature checked and noted by COVID official on the night.
Any individual who answers positively or shows high temperature will be advised to return home and self-isolate in line with government guidance.
Hand sanitiser will be available on court and entrance to building.
Parents and spectators to not be permitted in the venue.
Players and coaches should avoid leaving the court unless it’s to go to the toilet.
